Service Description
Wheel classes are for ages 17 and up. To ensure a safe and consistent experience for all participants, we aren't able to make exceptions to this age requirement. This 8-week Beginner Bootcamp is great for complete beginners with little to no experience that want to learn the foundation of wheel-thrown pottery! This is a structured class that will start with wedging your clay and work your way all the way to glazing. You will get several extra wheel throwing days compared to the 5-week class. You will walk away with several functional pieces and a solid start to your pottery journey! Margaret has been teaching beginners for about 3 years and has over 15 years of clay experience. "I love working with beginners! It's so much fun to watch people fall in love with clay" This course runs Tuesdays from 530-8p Dec 1st-Jan 19th. Clay, tools, aprons provided!

Cancellation Policy
All services are offered on a first come first serve basis; if a class is overbooked due to tech issues on our part- client is entitled to priority rescheduling free of charge (or be refunded); clients may not receive a refund post services; cancel within 24 hours for refund (with exception of service costs for moving funds through pos- usually around $3-$5). WE DO ACCEPT CASH (or card, or tap) IN PERSON- if you wish to pay in person however, we can not hold your seat until you pay; meaning there's no guarantee we wont be sold out if you just show up for a workshop. BUT we may have spots left? If so you're welcome to join! and either way you can always come hangout. Classes come AS DESCRIBED- if you wish to utilize the space beyond the class description, or make work requiring excess materials and labor above and beyond the services described, additional fees may apply. See Kristen or Margaret for details. (Ex: For single wheel class- participants make 1-2 pieces (if you want to make 3, you'd pay an additional $10 for the extra bowl/cup, etc.)
